- Built a financial audit layer for autonomous agents that routes proposed spend through policy, approval limits, and signed decision logs before money moves.
- Integrated Base, Dots, and Stripe-style payment rails so agents can request, route, approve, or deny spend based on venue rules and per-agent caps.
- Designed the guardrail layer for agent commerce: if an action exceeds policy, budget, or authorization scope, the system blocks the transaction and preserves an audit trail.

- Founded Tribal in 2026 on a first-principles bet: model intelligence commoditizes, but verified experience stays scarce because it has to survive a real operation.
- Built the lemma as the memory primitive: a falsifiable, decaying, evidence-backed belief about one specific world, not a permanent row in a database.
- Designed truth to decay by default; beliefs that stop being confirmed lose confidence, while beliefs that keep surviving contact with reality harden into lore.
- Combined a Hermes-style live learning loop with MiroFish-style large-scale agent simulation: rehearse many possible timelines, then keep only what reality confirms.

Mobile app / visual menu memory
- Built a mobile app that turns photo-only menu capture into a visual memory system for restaurants, dishes, and places a user has been.
- Users send a picture of a menu with no food images; sit.fyi parses the dishes, generates food imagery, and saves the venue as a bookmarkable place graph.
- Built the geeky layer underneath: OCR/menu parsing, generative image prompts, location metadata, and a personal restaurant memory index.
Omposition
- Designed Omposition as a composition studio for making films with an agentic video format: prompts become shots, shots become scenes, and scenes become editable timelines.
- Built media-generation infrastructure around deterministic seed control, LoRA style adapters, GPU autoscaling, request batching, and S3-backed asset delivery.
Grokclips / Series / Grokick
- Grokclips: agentic video generation with FFmpeg transcoding, HLS/H.264 delivery, ABR ladders, RLHF-style engagement capture, and PostgreSQL/pgvector retrieval.
- Series / Grokick: sub-100ms Kafka + async Python matching with OpenAI embeddings and PostgreSQL/pgvector; built grokic.com mid-flight for xAI using Grok API, LanceDB, Supabase, encrypted tokens, and Next.js.
